No time, no time... tsk, tsk, tsk. (March 28, 2016)

Busy days continue here in the land of the rising sun and frigid windy days, also known as my beloved heartland, Morioka. Last week we had district preparation day, and it was pretty much spring, almost. And then it snowed and hailed this week, but none of it stuck, yaaay! We had a crepe party with a seventeen year old investigator, which was a literal miracle but that's a long story so we'll skip it for now. Just some pictures 'cause this kid is a busy missionary, 笑笑笑 (ha ha ha!)

Pictures: Morioka, what up!

The District... 3

Transfer calls came and we're all staying 'cept the kid on the left... he's pretty much the dad of the district but God puts us where He needs us. Rockin' Morioka for another six weeks, yay!

Some ramblings... and not a ton of content. 残念ね! (March 14, 2016)

This week was a week of cancellations and swinging between "It almost smells like spring!" and "oh my gosh I think I have frostbite," because Morioka's weather is as moody as a pre-teen and some of us aren't sure if we call this winter or what when we're halfway through March. (By the way, when did that happen, d'ya know?)

By this point, you can probably tell from the half-sentence I just dedicated to weather that in terms of happenings, not a lot to report went down this week that would be a story no one can beat, considering the fact that I saw it on Mulberry Street (ha, ha). So... I'mma leave you with some pictures and call it good.

PS, CHECK OUT THE NEW EASTER VIDEO PUT OUT BY THE CHURCH. I love it.

We just watched it about thirty seconds ago:)

Love you all!

Luke out!

Pictures: Post-split picture with the Sister Y!!! That's what we call best friend dendo. Worked together here in Morioka and it was a blast and a half:D

Yaaaay visiting potentials!!!

Look, I made food

Bonus

I'm more of an obaachan than Satomi S, but she was rolling on the floor by the 灯油 ("lamp oil" -- I believe more commonly called "heating oil"?) heater. I'm mischevious, hehehe...

This week's top three (March 7, 2016)

1) Zone Training Meeting with the Morioka Zone! I've this is the smallest zone in the mission, and I just transferred from the biggest. WAY fun, it's like a little family:)

2) Split with Sister B! This was a privilege, since she goes home this transfer. Last split ever for this angel.

3) Snow snow snow... Funny, I thought it was March. All good fun:)

Among other miracles.

Love to all! Have a great week!
